1.1. FoxyAD (hereinafter referred to as “FoxyAD”, “we”, “us” or “ours”) is the data operator responsible for your personal data, with an office registered at Putseweg 41, 4645 RJ, Putte Noord-Brabant, Netherlands. 1.2. When processing personal data, within the organisation, the principles set forth in international acts apply, such as: “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, “Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”, “Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data”, “Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on the protection of the rights of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” and other relevant legislative / regulatory acts .
1.3. The main objectives of the Policy are the availability, integrity and confidentiality of all information, including personal data processed by the company both manually and in an automated way. Security is an integral component of the optimal operation of IT processes within the company. The basis of adequate IT security is compliance with this Policy. All data stored on our servers are protected by a secure firewall for the unauthorised use or activity can not take place. 1.2 Data that we collect automatically when using our Services
When you interact with our Platform or use our Services, we automatically collect the following information about you:
We collect information about devices, for example, the version of the operating system, unique identifiers. For example, the name of the mobile network you are using. We associate device identifiers with your account on the site.
Depending on the permissions on your device, we automatically collect and process information about your actual location if you publish an ad on our Platform. Client Data and Authentication

We process the above information based on our legitimate interests to improve your experience with our Platform and to properly fulfill the terms of the contract with you.
2.3 To provide you a safe and reliable platform
I. We use your phone number, authentication data and unique device identifiers to manage and protect the Platform (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, fraud prevention, system maintenance, support, reporting and data placement).
II. We analyse chat messages to prevent fraud and increase security by blocking spam or offensive messages that other users may send to you.
We process the above information in order to properly execute our contract with you, to improve our services and based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
2.4 To provide you with powerful customer support
I. We record your conversations with representatives of a customer support service or other service, only subject to your explicit consent;
We process the personal data mentioned above in order to subsequently analyse your interaction with representatives of our customer support service or another service (as the case may be) and improve the quality of our customer service.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge by sending us a request using the contact details specified in clause 13 below. All processing actions performed prior to the withdrawal of consent remain valid.
How will we inform you of changes to the Policy?
From time to time, we may make changes to this Policy. We will post the changes on this page and will notify you by email or through the Platform. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, do not use the FoxyAD.com website and the services provided through it.
In certain circumstances, you have rights under the law on the protection of personal data. If you want to exercise any of the following rights, contact us using the contact details.
The right to request access to your personal data (usually called an “access request to the data subject”). This allows you to obtain a copy of your personal data that we store and make sure that we process it legally.

Please note that this right only applies to automatically collected data, the use of which you originally gave us consent to, or if we used this data to execute an agreement with you.
The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. This does not affect the legality of any data processing that we have already performed on the basis of the aforementioned consent.
A fee is generally not required and you will not need to pay to access your personal data or to exercise any other rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repeated or exaggerated. Otherwise, under such circumstances, we may refuse to satisfy your request.
Response time: we try to answer all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests, it may take more than a month to provide an answer. In this case, we will notify you of this and will keep you posted.
In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority at any time. However, before you file a complaint with the data protection authority, we are first of all ready to solve your problems. In this regard, please contact support.
We will contact you by e-mail, SMS or notification from the application about the Services / Platform to confirm your registration on the Platform, to inform you if the registration of announcements is valid / expired, and for other transactional messages related to our Services. Since we are required to provide you with such transactional messages, you cannot refuse to receive them.

To whom do we disclose your data?
Personal data may be disclosed to the parties listed below for the purposes previously set out in section 3.
Affiliates. We may share your data with other FoxyAD companies in order to facilitate the provision of business services, such as product improvements, customer support and fraud detection. Any exchange of personal data will be subject to the precautions described in Section 10 and will comply with a data transfer agreement that clearly defines the obligations of the parties and provides technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Third Party Service Providers. We work with third-party service providers to help us provide certain aspects of the service. Third-party service providers may be located both inside and outside the country.
To make payments on our platform, whether it is card payment or payment order payment, we use the services of commercial banks, payment processors authorised by us to perform these operations in accordance with the laws of the country. Criminal prosecution bodies, state bodies and other persons: we may disclose your personal data to criminal prosecution bodies, state authorities or government bodies and other relevant organisations in accordance with the requirements of the law or regulations. We may sell, transfer or combine parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire or merge with other entities. If changes have occurred in our company, new owners may use your personal data in the same manner as prescribed in this Policy.
Publicly available information: When you place a product for sale through our Services, you can make certain personal data visible to other users of the site. They can see your first and last name, your email address, your location and your contact number. Please note that all information that you provide to other users can always be transferred to other users, so please be careful.
When we transfer your personal data to a country outside the European Union, we guarantee that the same degree of protection is ensured by at least one of the following protective measures:

Where and for how long do we store your data?
The data we collect about you will be stored and processed on secure servers both in the country and abroad. This is to provide users with the best possible experience, for example, to quickly create web pages or mobile applications.
We will store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the goals that we have provided for their collection, including to meet any legal requirements, accounting or reporting.

Nevertheless, you can be sure that we will not delete your account if you have open transactions or you are entitled to a refund or a loan back from us. Before deleting your account, we will contact you to make sure that you do not want to continue using your account.
Technical and organisational measures and processing safety
All the information about you that we receive is stored on secure servers, and we have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We constantly evaluate the security of the network and its compliance with the internal information security program, which is designed to: (a) protect your data from accidental or illegal loss, access or disclosure; (b) to identify reasonably foreseeable security risks for our network; and (c) to minimize security risks, including risk assessment and periodic testing. In addition, we guarantee that all payment information is encrypted using SSL technology.
